1. Energy-saving measures of kiln


1. Change the conventional thinking as a whole, the original high-temperature sintering, supplemented by oxidation preheating to preheating oxidation decomposition, and high temperature sintering as the auxiliary sintering design, focusing on solving the kiln of the oxidation zone The difference between the actual internal temperature and the actual temperature of the brick blank makes the brick blank quickly heated at this stage, and quickly reaches the oxidative decomposition temperature, so that the internal and external temperature of the brick blank is balanced. The brick blanks in the left, center and right positions in the kiln are in this area The temperature difference is smaller no temperature difference design, to solve the temperature difference of the kiln section to a greater extent.

1.3 According to the convection heat transfer rules, effectively reduce the space height of the oxidative drying area, break the conventional design of smoke exhaust pipes in a row, adopt a staggered cross design to allow uniform airflow to heat the blank, and design a reasonable space height to fully heat the blank The heat exchange between the green body and the flue gas in this area is fully replaced and preheated, quickly dried, and the structural water is completely eliminated, laying a foundation for oxidative decomposition and reducing the pressure of oxidative decomposition. 2. For the recycling of kiln waste heat, we use the direct extraction of the quenching air in the kiln and then heat it through the spr device to heat the combustion air to 250 ℃-350 ℃, make full use of the kiln waste heat air, reduce energy consumption. Reduce the positive pressure of the kiln, reduce the heat leakage caused by the excessive positive pressure of the kiln, and reduce the energy consumed by the heat dissipation of the refractory material of the kiln to reduce the energy consumption.
